Refund Policy

datingstudio.ai is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription: Essential $29, Complete $49 (default), Signature $79, delivering 18, 30, and 50 photos respectively. There are no recurring charges. We label billing this way deliberately to avoid the recurring-charge confusion that causes disputes elsewhere.

If your shoot fails or cannot be delivered, we refund the full amount automatically — within 48 hours at the latest. No request needed.

We stand behind likeness quality. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you have downloaded fewer than 10 of your delivered photos, your refund is approved automatically. If you've downloaded 10 or more, or you're outside the window, we review your request individually and may first offer a free re-shoot.

Use Account → Orders → Request refund, or email [email protected] (including for cancellations before delivery). We aim to respond to reviewed requests within 2 business days.

Refunds are always for the full purchase amount, returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Credit top-ups are not currently offered. If any credits are associated with your account, credit refunds are handled by our support team rather than the self-serve flow.

If and when credit top-ups are offered: unspent credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, and spending a credit consumes the service for that credit. When a credit purchase is refunded in full, the credits from that purchase are automatically removed from your account balance. Partial refunds and unspent-remainder refunds are handled by support at [email protected].

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or terms violation.

This policy is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
