AI Transparency & Content Policies

AI-Content & Platform Risk Disclosure

These photos are AI-generated. Every image datingstudio.ai delivers is created by an AI model trained on your selfies. They are synthetic — realistic depictions of you, but not photographs of real moments, places, or clothing.

Provenance / watermarking. Today, delivered photos do not yet carry embedded Content Credentials or an invisible watermark; adding C2PA Content Credentials is planned. Until then we rely on plain, prominent disclosure of AI generation.

Honesty note: As of August 2026, AI-content watermarking/labeling is not legally required for a product our size. California's AI Transparency Act (SB 942) applies only to a “covered provider,” defined as a person who produces “a generative artificial intelligence system that has over 1,000,000 monthly visitors or users and is publicly accessible within” California; its covered-provider obligations became operative August 2, 2026 (the original Jan. 1, 2026 date was delayed by AB 853, signed Oct. 13, 2025). There is no comprehensive U.S. federal AI-labeling statute as of mid-2026. We are far below the 1,000,000-user threshold, so provenance labeling is a best-practice choice for us, not a mandate. Regardless of thresholds, the FTC can treat deceptively passing off AI content as human-made as unfair/deceptive under FTC Act §5, so we disclose the AI nature of our photos plainly.

Dating-platform policies — use honestly. As of 2026, Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble allow AI-assisted photos only if they still accurately represent you. They actively detect and penalize deception (Bumble's “Deception Detector” and a dedicated AI-photo report category added 2024; Tinder's mandatory “Face Check” biometric liveness; Hinge's FaceTec liveness rollout in Feb. 2026). If your photos don't match how you really look, a platform may remove them, limit your visibility, or ban your account. Keep your set true to your current appearance, consider disclosing AI use in your bio, mix in real candids, and follow each platform's rules. Those platforms' decisions are outside our control.

NCII / Take It Down Act Policy

We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). We do not permit sexual or nude content (input and output is screened), and we prohibit using the Service to depict anyone but yourself.

Your right to report and our 48-hour removal commitment. If you believe an intimate visual depiction of you (including an AI-generated or “deepfake” one) has been created, stored, or made available through our Service without your consent, you can report it and request removal:

  • Report to: our report form at datingstudio.ai/report — built and live end-to-end (rate-limited, requires a sworn affirmation, and the 48-hour clock is anchored on the report record) — or email [email protected] with subject “NCII Removal Request.” Every report also alerts [email protected] automatically.
  • What to include (a valid request): a physical or electronic signature; enough information to identify and locate the content; your contact information (name, address, phone/email); and a good-faith statement that the depiction is non-consensual.
  • Our commitment: We will remove reported NCII as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request, and we will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. This is the standard set by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (enacted May 19, 2025; platform notice-and-removal obligations enforced by the FTC beginning May 19, 2026, with civil-penalty exposure).
